• EMERGENCY AND ALARM RESPONSE: Receive push notifications of dispatches in real time. Instant visualization of the type of incident, precise location on the map, exact weather conditions in the area, and confirmation of personnel response (Going to Station / Going to Incident / Not Responding).
• GPS TRACKING AND FLEET MANAGEMENT: Live satellite tracking of dispatched vehicles via tactical radar. Periodic vehicle inspection manager (engine, tire, and safety checklists) and fuel log.
• ATTENDANCE, TIMEKEEPING, AND GUARDS 100% digital and secure timekeeping via dynamic QR code scanning validated by GPS perimeter (Geofence). Accurate recording of hours on duty, active guard duty, and absence notifications.
• DIGITAL SERVICE REPORTS Generation of the official dispatch report after each emergency. Details of responding personnel and automatic integration into the institution's internal performance evaluation system.
