NECTAR Necochea is an application that allows city dwellers control the various municipal clearances objects (taxis, limos, buses, school buses, shops, etc.) in a centralized manner and in a very simple way.
It facilitates the work of the inspectors because the audit was done from a smartphone by reading a QR code or NFC tags printed on wafers enable or through a manual code entry.
It also allows users to general -Real time and through their cell - to obtain information enabling, and additionally can file complaints, make suggestions, rate the service, etc.
It also creates a communication channel between the municipality and the vehicle owner / business in order to streamline and simplify procedures for license renewal.
