GeoFichar is the employee attendance control solution designed for Argentine companies that need to record their employees' work hours simply, accurately, and reliably.

🎯 Who is GeoFichar for?

For small, medium, and large companies with employees working at one or more locations, in the office or in the field. Ideal for retail stores, offices, warehouses, construction sites, technical services, maintenance teams, and any organization with distributed personnel.

📍 Clocking in with GPS validation

The employee opens the app and clocks in or out with a single tap. The app automatically validates that they are within the configured radius of their work location. There is no way to clock in remotely: if the employee is not physically present, the system detects it.

⏱️ Designed to be invisible

Clocking in takes 2 seconds. The app does not continuously track location: it only captures the coordinates at the exact moment of clocking in. No intrusive notifications, no constantly requesting GPS access, and no battery drain.

🔔 Smart Notifications

Automatic alerts when an employee is late, forgets to clock in, or when a supervisor sends a message. All in real time, without being intrusive.

👥 Multi-location

Configure locations with their radius, schedules, and rules. Assign employees to one or more locations. Define supervisors and teams.

📊 Administrator Panel

From the website (app.geofichar.com.ar) you can:
• View the daily status live
• Generate attendance, punctuality, and absence reports
• Export to CSV, Excel, or PDF for payroll processing
• Configure employees, locations, and departments
• Review the complete audit history

• Encrypted connection with TLS 1.2+
• Passwords with bcrypt
• Tokens in the device's Keystore/Keychain
• Local database encrypted with SQLCipher
• Automatic detection of fake GPS locations and rooted devices
• Compliance with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection (Argentina)

💼 Legal Framework

The use of geolocated time tracking falls under Article 64 of the Employment Contract Law (Law 20.744 — Argentina), which recognizes The employer's organizational rights. The app only records the location at the time of clocking in, without continuous tracking.

🚀 Offline Mode

If the employee loses connection while clocking in, the app saves the local record and automatically syncs it when internet access is restored. No one misses clocking in.

📱 Getting Started

GeoFichar is an enterprise solution: employee accounts are created by your company's administrator. If your company already uses GeoFichar, ask your administrator to send you the credentials. If you want to implement it in your company, contact us at geofichar.com.ar.
