About this app

GDE is the mobile application of the Electronic Document Management system exclusively for employees of the National Public Administration. It allows you to work and consult in an agile way all those documents and files that you normally manage from the web platform.
The mobile application allows:
- Unified consultation of files and documents.
- Visualization of the number of pending tasks (own and supervised).
- Access to EE, GEDO and CCOO task mailboxes.
- Signature of documents with certificate.
- Carrying out passes of files.
- Linking documents to files.
- Selection of documents and files as Favorites.
- Access to the mailbox of official communications received and sent.
- Preparation and sending of a new Official Communication.
