Disappointed with Befiler's Services! I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the Befiler app. After paying the required fees for registering my NTN (National Tax Number), I expected a smooth and professional service. However, they registered the WRONG NAME on my NTN, which is a serious issue. To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete disaster. They have no knowledge about their own processes.

Terrible Experience with BeFiler – Avoid at All Costs! I had one of the worst experiences with BeFiler. I provided them with all the required details multiple times, yet they kept asking for the same information again and again, as if they never bothered to check what I had already submitted. Despite my repeated queries, they failed to respond in a timely or professional manner. they are also not refunding by money totally wastage of time and money.

The application is not working at all. As soon as it downloads and I open it, only the B Filer logo appears and nothing else loads. Nothing is clickable. I have been trying for two days and it still does not work. Extremely poor user experience:(
