Terrible Experience with BeFiler – Avoid at All Costs! I had one of the worst experiences with BeFiler. I provided them with all the required details multiple times, yet they kept asking for the same information again and again, as if they never bothered to check what I had already submitted. Despite my repeated queries, they failed to respond in a timely or professional manner. they are also not refunding by money totally wastage of time and money.

Worst Service Ever! I paid PKR 3500 through their agent Shazra Akbar more than two months ago, but my tax has still not been filed, and I haven’t received any refund either. I’ve called their customer service three times, but they haven’t been able to resolve anything so far. Never use their service! And if you do, make sure to pay only after the work is completed because once they receive the payment, they stop responding and turn off their number.

Confusing, options are too less, if I have to do the basic calculations myself, then what's the point? It should have separate section for Govt Salaried persons, so that we can put our monthly gross salary before & after increment & it shall calculate the rest itself, also it doesn't have the facility to count our annual utility bills based on monthly bill (like some bills are fixed for example internet bill). It doesn't also take into count the prepaid mobile usage.
