very bad experience. once the time come they will message you every other day from all there numbers. once they get monet thy will not respond and 1st thing without any information or income expenses etc they will directly ask the money. so many times I message them they finished tax filing or not they seen the message but no response. very bad behaviour

They are worst, I decided to go with them thinking they will be professional however they don't respond to messages once they received the amount, they haven't filed my returns while I was told that returns have been filed, they are charging double the fee from the market with such pathetic service.

Confusing, options are too less, if I have to do the basic calculations myself, then what's the point? It should have separate section for Govt Salaried persons, so that we can put our monthly gross salary before & after increment & it shall calculate the rest itself, also it doesn't have the facility to count our annual utility bills based on monthly bill (like some bills are fixed for example internet bill). It doesn't also take into count the prepaid mobile usage.
