Worst Service Ever! I paid PKR 3500 through their agent Shazra Akbar more than two months ago, but my tax has still not been filed, and I haven’t received any refund either. I’ve called their customer service three times, but they haven’t been able to resolve anything so far. Never use their service! And if you do, make sure to pay only after the work is completed because once they receive the payment, they stop responding and turn off their number.

I have very complicated tax issues but thanks to Befiler for helping me. I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Befiler. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and fom start to end, they kept me informed and ensured all documents were accurately prepared and submitted on time. Disappointed with Befiler's Services! I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the Befiler app. After paying the required fees for registering my NTN (National Tax Number), I expected a smooth and professional service. However, they registered the WRONG NAME on my NTN, which is a serious issue. To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete disaster. They have no knowledge about their own processes.
