I have been using it quite often but lately it simply stopped at the loading page for very long. My friend who was using it on her iphone has the same problem, but she was able to access it after killing all her apps. I did the same and even reinstalled it but nothing changed. In the end I tried using the web-based one and ta-dang! It works! So, please rectify your mobile apps version, esp for android user.

Hi Fiona, we have done an update to our app. As it does not require an update from Playstore, you can simply delete and reinstall for it to take effect. You can check out the changelog here - https://jpassport.asia/jpassport. If you have other problems, please contact us at support@jpassport.asia.

I installed this app as there are many Jap establishments nearby. But I hardly used it or paid attention to it. Just like to check with other users if their previously favourite stores and/or rewards have disappeared? After my latest app update on 13 Dec, I don't see any favourites. To be fair, I can't recall if I hadn't favourited any, or the app update had cleared the data. I am pretty sure I had used it once at a restaurant in the past 2 months, but nothing shows up.

This app is the biggest waste of time. The search function doesn't work, it is forever loading. How to claim points when shopping in the queue? Makes me hold up the entire line for a few measly points. Highly unrecommended
