when i press for got pin, they need to send to my phone number but then i press and then immediately pop out null operator used in null value??? very inconvenient this app. good thing is to me ok laa boleh check all my parcels but when i forgot my pin i can't seem to do anything about it???????

I cannot register. The app only has verification via sms, but when i click via sms, it says via sms is no longer available and ask me to choose another methode which is none other than via sms

The customers are forced to use this popbox. There is no notification when the packages arrive and we are given a very short period to take our packages before they charges us per day! Can you imagine after we pay for the delivery fee, we also have to pay to take our package. It's ridiculous and unfair for us, esp when we didn't ask to put our package in the popbox. They should fix the notification system and their business model. Shame on you!!!!
