The customers are forced to use this popbox. There is no notification when the packages arrive and we are given a very short period to take our packages before they charges us per day! Can you imagine after we pay for the delivery fee, we also have to pay to take our package. It's ridiculous and unfair for us, esp when we didn't ask to put our package in the popbox. They should fix the notification system and their business model. Shame on you!!!!

Error, crashed app. Couldn't login, so I couldn't pick up my parcel. Hotline was busy, so I couldn't ask for help. Thanks for making my life harder. Technology should be used to make our life easier not the other way around. It was even better when you just sended me the code to pick up my parcel. Please make yourself ready before pushing people to use a new app.

This app is sucks I still can not log in through my popbox application and it really bothers me because i can not collect my package Every time my package arrived, i need to call them all over again just to ask for the code They always say the same thing and try to solve the problem. And at the end, it didn't. I am really disappointed with popbox. It doesn't solve the problem. They only repeat the same solution for more than three times that just doesn't work!!!
