The city of Ansfelden has always been a top modern service enterprise. Since June 26, 2015, Ansfelden has been enriched with a real innovation: Mayor Manfred Baumberger presented the "Ansfelden App" in the course of the open day.
More and more citizens, but especially visitors of the city, go "mobile to the Internet". Comfortable on the road, no matter which place you are, information about your whereabouts and surroundings is retrieved via smartphone. But even at home, the trend is away from the computer in the home office to the tablet, which can be used everywhere.
The city has now responded comprehensively and published a new "App" with all important information about Ansfelden. Thus, the Ansfeldner company "Mopius Mobile GmbH" was commissioned.
"The technical development is making ever larger leaps in ever shorter time - we want to meet this with increasingly flexible and more mobile offerings," says Mayor Manfred Baumberger, explaining the "multi-media offensive" of the administration. Of course, he is particularly pleased that a company in Ansfeld has developed this innovation.
The new Ansfelden app provides up-to-date information about events, city news, sights and leisure facilities. In addition, a link to the Facebook page of the city is integrated. A special highlight is the integration of the waste calendar in the app. Here you can retrieve your waste dates and also activate the reminder function.
