Customer service unresponsive. Scammed me for 300eur.. Slow system caused us to have our vignette registered 10 minutes after entering. We got 120eur fine. Wrote to customer service with proof of purchase. Instead of help we got no answer and 300eur fine, as they sent our case to debt office. Contacted again, promised to help. After a week, we got a reply it's their fault not replying in time nothing about and they are sorry for not replying on time but they can now do nothing about it.

It really does NOT get any worse than this app... shocking. 1. After setting up an account it will NOT execute a Log On from the APP. 2. The information about Tolls is a joke. As an international traveller I need ONLy to know if I give a From and To location WHAT is the toll.. not available. .. the APP written by technical team and the website written by Admin. Not a clue about what a customer needs. I will travel via Hungary instead.. 😡

After spending about an hour trying, i realized that the shop doesn't work if you connect from Bosnia and Herzegovina. There is no mention of it anywhere. Is there any reason for that?
