About this app

AUVA lexicon prevention

The electronic AUVA lexicon prevention should help the user to obtain information on key aspects of the Austrian employee protection in a short, comprehensible and clear form.

When designing great emphasis was placed on an easily readable and understandable representation, as is expected of an electronic medium on mobile devices. This means that much is reproduced only touched or simplified. The terms are dealt with in a concise and condensed form. Any additional information can be found in the normative sources that are listed with every phrase, or under the listed links.

The AUVA lexicon prevention focuses on the Austrian rules location. Main topics of the lexicon are the Employee Protection Act (ASchG) and the Regulations for the ASchG. Where it was deemed necessary, other regulations (electrical engineering law, commercial legislation, chemicals legislation, etc.) as well as standards were cited. Each term the particular rule or norm is given, enabling a deepening in the subject to a clear and concise description.

The app is based on the tried and tested printed subjects lexicon, a lexicon in fan shape. For the electronic implementation not only of content updates have been made, it was also the user interface adapted to the possibilities of modern smartphones and tablet computers: search function, favorites, the last ten called terms - all this makes it easier for users to deal with the lexicon.

Target audience for the app are all that is on the move - quickly want to gain an overview of existing prevention regulations or must - also in operation.

The terms are available in German, English, Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian, Slovak and Hungarian.
