There is so much that makes our life full. We at BILLA want to make life easier for people and thus give them a little more time for the things that are really important. Our BILLA app therefore not only contains the online shop, vouchers and vouchers, but also the jö Bonus Club card.

BILLA online shop

In our fast-moving times, many things fall by the wayside. With the BILLA online shop, we not only save a lot of time, but also the dragging of shopping. With just two finger clicks, the BILLA online shop opens in the BILLA app, where there are 9,000 products to discover. Delivery can be scheduled on the same day or, if you wish, 10 days in advance. The purchase can be delivered directly to your doorstep, ordered via Click & Collect or picked up from our drive-in. Paying for it is at least as easy as purchasing it: You can pay online with a credit card and upon delivery in cash or with credit and debit cards. Our barcode scan ensures even faster shopping - once your favorite products have been placed in the shopping cart via the barcode, they are saved for the next purchase. Of course, all jö Bonus Club vouchers and discount collectors can be redeemed in the online shop order.

With the BILLA app, you always have your jö Bonus Club card with you and you can show it on your smartphone at the cash desk. In the app you have the opportunity to use many advantages that the card offers you. Check the current status of your Ös and the discount collector and redeem discount collectors, birthday and discount vouchers via your smartphone.


Discounts and vouchers

With the BILLA app, you always have your discount vouchers with you. Simply select on your mobile phone and show it at the cash desk in the store or redeem it in the app when shopping.


Leaflet

Our leaflet can also be browsed on the go using the BILLA app - this is where you will find the latest offers, promotions and discounts.


Market finder

The next BILLA store is sure to be very close! With our market finder, thanks to GPS, all markets in the vicinity are displayed. The address, telephone number and current opening times of each market can also be found here. There is also information on whether there are parking spaces and electric charging stations.


Pay mobile

You can pay with credit or debit card, purchase on account or PayPal. The Blue Code function is integrated into our BILLA app - this makes cashless and card-free payments very easy.


Code scanner

With the integrated code reader you can scan the barcodes of products and receive nutritional values, ingredients or further information.

Ratings and reviews

Regrettably, dispite my original 4-Star rating, I now have to downgrade this service. The app does a good job, but too often (3 of 8) deliveries do not match the ordered products yet missing items are billed. It's not the 80€ single malt that goes missing but rather small inexpensive items, leading me to believe that it's not thievery but more likely incompetence. I could conceivably go through 6 to 8 grocery bags at the door with the delivery person, but why should I?

This is such a great application for online shopping at Billa. You can use it like a grocery list over the course of a week (or weeks) and then finally place an order when you are ready - it remembers everything you put in the shopping cart. It knows all your special offers so you can apply them at Check-Out. You can store your list of Favourites and use it for future orders and even order items you've ordered before via looking at previous orders. Developers could learn a lot from this app!

I can't order from the store's entire product range, and the gluten-free ordering options are downright poor. The search engine and filter are quite weak.
