With the BKS app, you can always keep an eye on your accounts. Wherever you are, 24/7. You have access to all internet banking functions, innovative services and practical features for home and abroad.

"MyNet" customers can use our banking and service functions. You can also use our service functions if you are not a customer of BKS Bank.


The BKS app offers you the following banking functions, among others:

finances:
Overview of your accounts, savings accounts, credit cards and custody accounts, including a detailed presentation of the key sales information.

Transfer:
Execution of SEPA transfers.

QR code and IBAN reader:
Saves you from manually entering payment data for SEPA transfers.

Transfer:
Transfer money between accounts quickly.

Order status:
Archive of all SEPA transfers including repeat function.

Card management:
Increase or decrease the limit for POS transactions or cash withdrawals on your Maestro card. Are you traveling to other EU countries? Deactivate the GeoControl function on your Maestro card so that you can also withdraw cash from ATMs in other EU countries.

Maximum security:

You get started with your Internet banking user number and your PIN.

You release your transfers using a SecurityCard (as in Internet banking "MyNet").

When logging in for the first time, you define a personal security pattern. To do this, you must connect at least four dots without taking them off and then confirm the security pattern. This prevents unauthorized people from accessing your app while you are logged in.

Ratings and reviews

A horrible downgrade in every aspect. Doesn't even use consistent language - no, it does not use system language, i don't even have german installed and it has a bunch of items in german.... not to mention the horrible flow when trying to pay anything. Visually it's a trainwreck and the UI makes no sense. Literally only using it because i am contractually obligated.

From nice to this outdated looking app. Cannot change to slo language. Support does not know app buttons in english. Notifications are not working while sms notifications were sunset. Unable to pay randomly because it does not open the sec app. Cannot see card payments. Still cannot open a despoti online. Bring the old app back. Oh and for online payment I got push notification in German. Terrible banking experience.

Upgrade? New app is a terrible downgrade! Terrible UX, extremely unfriendly usage, can't find Slovene language (?), need to confirm payments one by one in a different app, all my templates are gone and can't find where to add new templates. It seems you moved to a cheaper provider and failed miserably. I know you don't have many users, but this is a business suicide. Old app was better, even though it was much worse then OTP personal banking app. You went from bad to worse.
