used at Melch Abbey in Austria. audio was reasonably good and informative, but super hard to match which audio clip goes with which room. (Melk Abbey needs to put numbers in each room to match the audio segment to the room. The tiny pictures in the app and room names as segment names aren't sufficient) Also one download of Melk content hung and then didn't finish downloading after restarting the app. For that phone we paid for the content but never got it. Not happy

Will not play chapters when clicked on. Downloaded English data for HGM, click on chapter and it goes to play screen briefly then back to selection list immediately.

It's painful to find the audioguide you need, and the download never completes (tried several times)

Dear Yosef, thank you for your feedback. If you tell us, which audio guide was hard to find for you, we will take a look at it and try to help you. Our "Easy to find"-mode within the App has won several prices. And the main reason for interruption of download is a bad interent connection. Please try another WLAN/connection. Regards Hearonymus
