The SMATRICS mobile app provides you with an overview of all SMATRICS charging points at a glance. The user friendly and fast navigation allows you to easily search for and find SMATRICS locations and charging points. To optimize your search result and to find the charging points you are looking for, the search and filter functionalities can assist you in finding the charging infrastructure that exactly meets your requirements. Details about locations and charging points (e.g. connector types, maximum charging power, opening hours, specific requirements) are available as well as a function to set your favourite locations.

Sometimes not responding at all. Lots of errors. Charging not possible due to errors. Bad app experience.

smatrics system might be the less professional and irritating one from them all, there's nothing ever smart about it, 30% of the smatrics chargers don't even appear on their own map, ridiculous number or errors and failures, their programming together with their system are a joke

Terrible, not tested app, qr code reading also wrong, could not charge after 20 minutes of registration..
