Ratings and reviews

I use the app only for booking classes in my gym resp. cancelling my bookings. The user interfaces is awful. There is basically no search function. My primary use cases would be "show me all Les Mills Core (or whatever class I'm looking for) this week" and "what classes are offered Tuesday evening", then select one, book it and automatically add it to my calendar. Instead, I have to scroll through the whole week to find a specific class. When I have scrolled down, I don't see anymore ...

The app keeps crashing despite updating it and restarting multiple times. Deleted it and reinstalled but everytime I try to log in, it times out and ahits the app. Literally the worst app.

Mediocre UX through all relevant journeys and not adhering to any platform standards. But generally, it works at least 😁
