Doculus turns paper into a clean PDF in seconds – with recognized text included. Free and ad-free.

Scan like a real scanner
The camera detects the sheet automatically, crops it, corrects the perspective and delivers a high-contrast scan. Multiple pages are combined into one document; pages can be rotated, retouched and enhanced with filters. Existing photos from the gallery can be imported as well.

Recognize text on the device
Every scanned page is read automatically by text recognition (OCR). The text stays with the document, can be selected and copied to the clipboard with a tap. Recognition runs entirely on the device – your documents never leave the phone.

Save and share as PDF
The finished document is saved as a multi-page PDF. Using the Android file dialog you choose the destination freely: Google Drive, a local folder or any other storage service. Or share the PDF directly by mail, messenger or cloud app.
