About this app

This app enables the PRO features in Android Outliner. It only makes sense if you have the latest free version of Android Outliner installed.

With Outliner you organize shopping lists, tasks, todo-lists, ideas and all kinds of memos. Or use it as a project management tool.
Do it in a tree-structure with collapsable nodes.

Excellent app for organizing data. In fact, it's probably the best app for this as it's so basic and simple to use. The import/export options are phenomenal allowing me to import/export to Google Drive directly. I wish it would allow to add images but it doesn't take away it's usefulness. There's really no reason not to have this in the smartphone: the app is very tiny in size and it works independently by not storing personal information in a cloud while in use.

Lots of improvements have been made since I last looked at this app several yrs ago. I just paid for Pro. Thank you for the quick reply, I think emoticons will work well for my use case to label outline items. I don't sync with my desktop app (Action Outline is proprietary), and AO icons also lack portability with the outline, so I'm used to that.

Icons already are on the issues list. In the meantime you could use standard emoticons as a first character of the activity name. In the list of activities your marked activities are visualized then. You could also use emoticons for Outlines, but only if you don't sync them because outline names are used for sync filenames.

The jump to the Pro version is worth its weight in gold. If you're hesitating, just do it. Outliner's Programmer/Designer, Alfred, is 100% involved - I love knowing that he will respond to my emails. He also uploads updates with both tweaked and brand new features all the time. Chances are good that the tweak you want will happen pretty fast, especially if others ask for the same thing. Alfred has a plan of attack for getting Outliner Pro to each next level goal.
