When carrying out research projects, it is often unavoidable that work and measurements are carried out at times that are outside of normal working hours or business and opening hours of the university.

These activities are usually only carried out by one person, which of course entails an increased risk if an emergency occurs. The AAAPP application is used here. AAAPP is a digital dead man's switch to ensure the ongoing safety of employees. This is done by regularly announcing a life signal by pressing a button in the respective application. In addition, the approval process for solo work is shown.
