Awful experience. Found the service to be an absolute joke and even though you arrange a time and day for your session they ask to move it around EVERY week. Customer service is a bot and they don't respond to emails once you have signed up and will not answer calls. Would definitely advise to avoid and look elsewhere! They should be ashamed of the service provided.

No longer loads. Just a blank screen. Edit: Another update and it is working again. Thanks! Since I'm here the chat in this app is very clunky. Otherwise great.

Terrible for users as it's hard to find right people to message or cancel the contract etc.
