scam stay clear! disgusting customer service numerous times I've contacted and no reply. sign you into a 12 month contract without telling you. only after I've tried to cancel (which is time consuming and annoying) have they told me I'm in a contract and suddenly sending me a "contract". tutors never turn up for the paid sessions or turn up over 30 mins late. no understanding of SEN

Disgusting company and product - our circumstances have changed and we no longer require the service but have been told we are locked into our contract for the next two years. My bad for not reading the small print - but stay away

awful experience with GoStudent. Our tutor stopped showing up, and we are still being charged. Despite asking for a refund (which I am entitled to do under the terms and conditions), GoStudent is refusing. I would avoid them, and be very careful handing any money over to GoStudent!
