2 factor login for Web doesn't work anymore, I can now only use the app to log in and view my account. I also don't get any notifications for transactions anymore since a few weeks.

It's always been slow, but now for weeks it's been impossible to use: after login it gives me black screen and gets stuck/crashes (Android 8.1). Because of the obligatory mobile-authentication, I cannot log in via the browser either. So I simply can't access or do anything with my account. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: It suddenly works again (at least for now), it loads properly after short while of black screen. As for the reply: I don't know how to install Beta version. I'll contact support if the app freezes again.

Hi Gaspar, thanks for your feedback. Please update to our beta-version which we released during our research and let us know if this helps. You can contact our customer service at 01 / 902 02 - currently Mo-Fri 8am to 5pm (except holidays) for changing to mTAN in the meanwhile for accessing your account (you will need an activation code for this).

Pretty slow, gets stuck sometimes. But it does its job. Details : Sometimes the two factor authentication doesn't trigger the notification, or you need to close the app completely and open it again to see the 2FA confirmation option. I am used to closing it and opening it again, because if I don't, it sometimes gets stuck loading the 2FA screen. Edit 2: It would be nice to just confirm 2FA by using fingerprint from a notification and that's it, instead of needing to load the app and press an additional button. Similar to Microsoft Authenticator, if you want an example.
