MARY'S CHAT

The Kaufhaus Tyrol app enables direct, chat-based communication between customers and the shops, service providers and restaurants of Kaufhaus Tyrol.
Customers choose between two options: You can contact a particular store to make a request. Or choose a specific category (for example beauty, giftware, household) and then send a request.

OPTIONS

A) Contact specific store directly via chat

> Step 1: Customer chooses a shop, service provider or restaurant and sends his request (eg general information, product inquiry, reservation request, appointment request).
> Step 2: The requested store transmits an answer (eg product suggestion incl. Image / price, reservation confirmation).
> Step 3: In the further chat history information can be exchanged, pictures transmitted, products reserved or agreements made.
> Step 4: At the end the customer can mark his request as "completed".

B) Select a specific category and ask for it

> Step 1: Customer chooses a category and sends his request (eg general info, product inquiry, reservation request, appointment request).
> Step 2: The request will be forwarded to all stores of the corresponding category, they will send an answer (eg product suggestion incl. Image / price, reservation confirmation).
> Step 3: Customer chooses the right offer and reserves the product, appointment or service.
> Step 4: At the end, the customer can mark the request as "completed".

LOYALTY PROGRAM

With every purchase at the Kaufhaus Tyrol, customers collect loyalty points - simply scan the purchasing documents with the integrated QR reader and then exchange them for attractive premiums!

Collect and redeem loyalty points

> Step 1: Customer scans his purchasing documents and collects loyalty points.
> Step 2: To redeem, the app shows a mini-catalog with all available bonuses including thumbnail and score.
> Step 3: Customer selects the desired premium and receives the corresponding voucher at the Infopoint of Kaufhaus Tyrol.

CREDITS QUERY

With the help of the app, the customer can query the current balance on his Kaufhaus Tyrol gift card.
After entering the card number and PIN, the customer will receive the current value of his gift card. He also receives an overview of recent transactions.

SHOP OVERVIEW

Whether shopping, service or gastronomy - this is where all Kaufhaus Tyrol stores present themselves. The profiles in the app contain logo, image as well as an informative short description.
