Ratings and reviews

This app is a buggy mess, showing you deals where there are none, showing you pro "deals" while not actually reducing the price of said item, I had examples where something was supposed to be reduced for me with pro and it wasn't, while my friend, who doesn't have pro, had it reduced. What are you charging me a "service fee" for on top of taking huge cuts from vendors if you're not going to fix your mess of an app.

1 star for the service, why? When you are creating order you have approximate time for delivery and the moment you made a payment you get expected time for delivery that is usually much longer (sometimes 2 times longer). This is not fair at all as there is no protection for customer interest. As the expected time is available right after the payment, it can be presented before the payment too so that I agree not only with price, but also with delivery time. +Missing field for coupon.

Not satisfied. A few technical/UI issues. Somehow I miss foodora, their app was more stable and the service was excelent. For a while mjam was working fine but today it was not possible to order. The app kept crashing for a while, then after choosing my items I got the message that delivery was not possible (kind of the main semantic goals of this app), then my account seemed to have been deleted and the app offered the chance to register (again?)... Check again your design/interaction values!
