Basically it does what it should. The only (but big) problem is the reminder. It always goes off 10-30 minutes after the parking ticket is expired. There are only 2 ways to pay and only one (credit card) is practicable. There should be things like pay pal, prepaid cards from tobacco stores, paysafe card, sofortüberweisung... maybe even crypto.

does malfunction - on top of that the system does not say e.g. @2:00 o'clock in the morning that a booking is not possible (!) this should be an automatic reply. always depending on the "good mood" of the app, sometimes I can't get access to my own account, the system says that my e-mail address is wrong + a wrong password ... hours later when I go via my computer my mail address & the password both are working. in the meanwhile I could not buy a ticket when I needed one urgently.

The app only supports German. You can't pay directly, so you usually buy more credit than you actually need. I can't find the receipts in the app, I need them for reimbursement. But overall the app does what it should, the notifications about ending parking are great, long and strong, so they are easily noticable.
