The DPD app offers you a variety of useful features:

● Track: Live tracking lets you see exactly where your package is currently located. We'll tell you exactly when we ring up to you.

● Tax: Determine yourself when and where we deliver your package. If you are not at home, you will never miss a package again thanks to our rerouting options. For example, we can deliver your parcel to the neighbor, leave it in a safe place, such as the garage or the garden shed, or deposit it in a pickup parcel shop of your choice. We also gladly deliver your parcel to another location or day - of course also on Saturdays!

● More personal than ever: Define your individual delivery preferences such as the shop of your choice and the permanent parking permit. Or tell us how we can notify you about your package, such as: B. by push message or e-mail.

● Send: You can also send your parcels directly via the DPD app - with just a few clicks and without a printer and paper thanks to a mobile parcel label.

● Access anytime, anywhere: Register and benefit from automatic synchronization between all your devices, such as mobile devices. Smartphone, tablet and computer. So you have access to your packages at any time and from anywhere.

Ratings and reviews

The app it self isn't actually horrible. Most of the time does what its supposed to do but could definitely be better especially the UI. 1 star because they lie, don't even attempt to deliver and force you to go pick your own package. Over these past 4 years I've yet to get a single package delivered by them 🙃

Installed this app only to track a single shipment expected from overseas. All this app (erroneously) tells me is that I am due to receive a package (true), I have also sent a package (false), and that one package has been returned (false). No further details are available, not even who the returnee was — not that it much matters (regrettably, adding screenshot of all this is not an option. A pity. One star, for an app that has only one job, and fails at it spectacularly).

Impossible to track the pack....Its show me that one is come,i send one and one is in return.But i never ever send anything with DPD.The live tracking is not aviable.The app is not useful. Ps: if im not check the amazon status i don't even know that i will have a packet/cos' the app not send any info about.
