After the one-time registration, the NEBA app serves as a central link for communication between the sponsoring organizations and the participants in the respective measures. In the NEBA app, appointments can be made, documents such as CVs can be created and saved and messages can be exchanged in a dedicated chat. In addition, there is a separate administration area for carers. The app is barrier-free and can be used free of charge by both sponsoring organizations and participants.

The NEBA app is financed by the Ministry of Social Affairs. The offer ranges from youth and job coaching to training fit and vocational training assistance, to work assistance and operational services.
