Customer service is a complete joke. This app is horrible would not recommend. Can't change my phone for the card after repeatedly trying. Now have to download and print a pdf? After waiting on the phone and with a rep? These people and this app are incompetent. Very unhelpful. Would rate ZERO stars if possible.

Most complicated and expensive card. App takes ages to log in and isn't very useful. Worst, if you lose your phone abroad, you can't do anything because you need your "customer number" that's not on the card or your Cel phone to receive it (SMS, like 2005).

One of the most stupid apps ever used! For fingerprint login is like a lottery: sometimes you're lucky and goes on after 4-5 attempts, some other cases (like now!) you simply give up after few minutes. As (many) other apps work this way, I wonder why it is not possible to fix this problem! Too bad I can't give zero stars!
