Technical telephone data is read to reliably identify your device.
The Raiffeisen Mein ELBA app never accesses your personal data stored on your smartphone and will not make or manage automated telephone calls.

Ratings and reviews

It is the banking app from Raiffeisenbank. It works perfectly. Critique: It should be possible to make an account online.

After reinstalling the app I can't log into it. I enter all the data like pin, SMS tan etc, but after that the app offers me to switch into push tan instead of SMS tan, and that is where I get stuck. I come to the page, where the app wants my permission for sending emails to my email address. I try to grant it, but nothing happens. The continue button stays grey and impossible to press. I reinstalled the app several times already and cleaned all the cookies as well, but it doesn't help.

It's an acceptable app. It does basic things without any problem but I like it better before. The notifications are so delayed. I like it better before when it notified me whenever money is withdrawn from my account. It felt safer that way. Then, the thing I hate the most is that I cannot change the language. It's impractical specially that we're in Austria. Most people speak 3 or more languages. At least let us change the language to German, 'cos we speak German to Bank clerks....
