that's not carsharing, that's a short term rental, you have to return the car where you took it. so going one direction is not an option. it's an EV, and you have to return it CHARGED, full charging takes hours which is a lot given that you pay per time irrelevant whether the car is moving or not. there is no keys to the cars, so if you are somewhere where there is no internet connection - you can't even close the car, it's useless. there is much more i hate. will never use again.

the car was superb. the process was very easy. overall experience was great. the family likes it

There are no clear instructions on how to charge an electric car, and this is not complicated, really: just write a little more than "follow the charging station instructions." Also, when I leave a review of my trip, it just drops in the middle of review without an opportunity to at least post a new one. That happened to me twice already and this is quite frustrating. App is ok: It opens the map, shows cars, and lets you operate them trouble-free. But don't expect any service.
