very bad design, app shows "Book now" button even though Enrollment request is still not finished! now I bought something for tomorrow which I need a car for but I can't book a car as it the app doesn't allow me to book one. the app should not at all let you select a car, a time frame and show a book now button when it is in fact not possible to book a car now

Your customersupport is terrible - hotline is 24/7 but only what is possible is that automatic system say you "send us email" and call automatically ended. When operator (workday from 08:00) answer to the call, say the same info "send us email". This service is really crazy and this isn't 21. century!

costumer service people are incompetent my driver's license number has bin blocked from registering to this app, contacted them by Mail several times no reply or explanation of the reason.
