This app is used for 2 thing: check your magenta contract and configure your router. Router is not available in Self service section, therefore it cannot do half of its purpose, half the stars. Wise people from Magenta decided to disable router Web configuration interface, and only let you manage router though the app, but it does not work. Also when changing app password you cannot paste the new password. In 2023 it's really basic functionality, I don't want to type long, complex passwords.

Service is good but the app is disastrous. It is almost impossible to find how to make the app English. First time I contacted the support, they said I can do it easily on the settings menu. But there is no such an option. On the second time I gave up because 1) I choose technical question, but the chat representative always will have to lead to the techinal team. So why say "technical question" 2) was rude and ignored me completely 🤯

I wish I could give 0 stars. Magenta forces new customers to manage their WiFi networks EXCLUSIVELY through the app. The app takes several minutes to update key information (like SSID and WiFi password) and has no configuration options one would expect from a regular router interface. No VLAN option, no connectivity/signal strength checks, and most importantly, no option to directly access the router device installed in your own home. The app also asks to share your analytics everytime you start
