Used to be great. Now there are ads and no way to remove them. Would happily pay a small few once to remove ads forever

I'm glad to see an update to the app. I feel like it hasn't been in a long time. However, didn't like the cookie consent form when you first start it up (it's not connecting to an external service, e.g. facebook... Or is it? Makes me a little concerned!). An app like this shouldn't need to use cookies, at all. Also a retain check box on publish page would be very useful!

No option to remove ads. Very frustrated.
