About this game

Test your reaction time against the drag racing lights (Christmas tree lights).

Use the accelerometer to start, calibrate it, use a 5 second delay, and combine with location to have a simulated drag strip! Keep in mind GPS updates at 1hz so this is just for fun, not an accurate timing device.

Use as a simple start light when racing RC cars or slot racing (starts with a delay allowing us to set up our controllers).

Includes the option to set a vehicle reaction time, allowing a start on 3rd amber instead of reacting to green.

Select one of the following start modes:
- Stoplight - Green light comes on at a random time. Does not use vehicle reaction time.
- Sportsman tree - ambers light up sequentially 0.5 seconds apart, followed by the green light
- Pro tree - all ambers light up at the same time, followed by the green light after 0.4 seconds

Lots of improvements over the first one. Works great! fan of the score board . Maybe add the tilt your phone to respond feature from the 1st version as an option.

Hi Thomas, thank you very much for your words and the feedback! I've got a release candidate with an accelerometer and ... GPS reading! Both are optional. Using the GPS means an approximated time and speed achieved for the quarter mile / 400m runs. These changes need a different starting procedure (staging the car) and I'm still working on it.

It works but could look much better. Could be better animations, a drag street as background, etc.

Hi Cesar, thank you for the update and for your suggestions! The background especially is an interesting idea! Regarding your initial remarks (gps, location): that's something I'm planning on doing either as a different app or maybe even add into this one, I haven't made it work properly yet and will only add it when it works properly. Thanks again!

Hey Chuck, thank you for taking the time to write and update the review with your feedback! The stoplight is random, that must have taken a while to get! Aslo, good job on the perfect starts on the pro and sportsman, all are very impressive!

1.5:
- option for manual staging (tap to stage)
- option for haptic feedback (vibrate on light changes)
