I find amaysim to be the best provider I've been with, I've never had any issues, they allow you to keep your data bank amount locked until you're charge with the same plan, which is so amazing, they give data gifts for annual holidays, when maintenance issues occur, they conveniently give you extra data/ other credits and an apology for any inconvenience, they are easily contacted if you have any issues and have very friendly and helpful staff to help. I intend on staying with them for ever

Please just put an option in the menu to 'Pay My Bill'. After 1 year there is still no option for manual payment?? Who is designing this app/website?! ------ Not user friendly. No obvious section or link to pay a bill. I need to log into amaysim on my browser to just find this link. Also browser version is so slow. Very frustrating experience.

auto renewal is set as default, so guys be careful with that if you don't want to be charged monthly. but customer service is very helpful, she has managed to refund the credit and guide me how to turn auto renewal off.
