The most recent update forced on all subscribers hs been very frustrating. All previous update info through the App has been deleted and everything has to be downloaded again. This include all Site General Info,Reviews, Fees, and Photos. If not on a very fast WiFi, a very frustrating and time wasting excercise. Whilst travelling as we are and having to do it via phone data, even more frustrating. Why App developers force an update, and then having to download all related info, is beyond me

The App has a multitude of issues. From not being able to save from an emailed route to not being able to have the Paid Profile on PC to design and edit routes etc. If you do use it on PC then it is very limited and will not allow you to save on your account. When using the App on a phone, it is frustraiting to edit and design a route as when switching between Map and Route you get sent to the start of you route but it is zoomed in and not the last location. Not worth the money, Use "Google E".

Did our trip July 25 with no issues. The route followed the road in a logical sequence. Now trying to plan this year's 3mnt caravan trip & the app is taking the route around in circles and also past our selected "places" for no reason. Tried putting in custom points to direct it straight to the destination but it just keeps doing the loops & routes that goes past the "place" & then just truncate. Impossible to now accuratly calculate distances between points with this glitch
