About this app

ARB Fridge Connect can be used to monitor and control series 2 ARB Fridge/Freezers.
-Connect to one or more ARB fridges at a time
-Monitor and adjust the fridge temperature
-Select from user defined temperature presets
-Turn the fridge on standby
-Monitor the fridge supply voltage
-Visual low battery voltage warning
-Monitor the fridge operating status
-Visual indicator if the fridges lid has been left open

Through the Apps settings screen you can
-Set the fridges temperature units (°C / °F)
-Set the fridges battery protection level
-Set the fridges display brightness
-Program up to three nameable preset temperatures per fridge

Series 1 ARB Fridge/Freezers manufactured post-2014 allow monitor feature only.
-Connect to one or more ARB Fridges at a time
-Monitor the fridge temperature
-Check the fridge set temperature
-Monitor the fridge supply voltage
-Visual low battery voltage warning
-Monitor the fridge operating status

Ratings and reviews

The app finds and connects to the fridge after a restart of my phone but often fails to reconnect later. The app finds the fridge when I tell it to connect but it never connects. Restart the phone and it works again. This is clearly an app issue and not the transmitter or fridge. It would also be good if the app indicated what voltage limits are used for the low, med, high battery protection modes.

Software is barely functional. I have it hooked up to my Series 2 60L and initially it connected fine but staying connected is nearly impossible. Anytime you close the app and have to reconnect to your fridge it fails 9 out of 10 times. Even repeating set up completely doesn't always guarantee it connecting. It takes anywhere from 1 minute to 10 minutes refreshing and reconnecting to the fridge before it takes. Definitely not worth it. Especially if your out in the middle of nowhere!

Does what it says. A much needed improvement is compatibility with Android Auto so your car fridge can be monitored and adjusted without picking up your phone while driving.
