I loved the previous app...it seemed more colorful and easy to navigate, and it just worked well. I haven't been with Bankwest long, but I found their old app so easy to use. This new app is very "bland" and I don't find it as intuitive. It takes me much longer to find things....we need more colour! When I open it, I just feel like I am standing in the middle of the desert and I don't know which way to go.

2.5 stars.... It works well but the layout makes it hard to find stuff as it seems very basic and missing a lot of features. I like simple and clear, but I think this example goes too far. The all white appearance doesn't really help me visualize what's going on. I'd like it to be clearer on one screen that lets me navigate in to what I want.

Loved the old app - quick clean and easy to use. Had no issues at all with it. Please give users an option to go back. I dont understand why businesses do this. It's like when Coles moves all the aisles all around, and it takes you 3 times longer to do everything - sure, we learn it. But seriously, nothing was wrong with. Not only do I need to relearn it - but I need to teach my elderly parents too again.
