Seems to have constant glitches, can't clock in, can't clock out, can't change or add case notes. Using the availability is painfully slow, and why can't you just edit a time for either available or not available? It just deletes and you have to start again. If you go back to the dates it doesn't always save all the changes either. Wouldn't use brevity if it wasn't a requirement for my job.

Hi Teresa, thank you for providing feedback. Are you able to please update to the latest version to see if that helps. Can you please also get in contact via support@brevity.com.au as we would love to assist.

App's auto logout seems hard-coded and will completely ignore the fact that you are still actively using it. Incredibly frustrating to have it auto-logout while you're halfway through your progress notes. Also, the fact that you can't save progress notes until after your shift is completed is a major drawback. I write notes as I go so I don't forget things and I'd like the app that I use to accomodate that. Other than that it seems fairly functional.

Thank you for your feedback. We have released a new version that retains the progress notes in draft to allow you to iteratively to complete them or come back later to complete, if you want to update. The app still logs out out after a period of inactivity to secure the information stored within the app. Let us know if you have any further issues.

TERRIBLE! Error 20, so many other problems.. I work for a large NDIS provider and I have recommended they look for a different software. Constant issues with Brevity, always bad feedback from support workers. Even when I do shifts, I can't upload photos, won't let you edit notes. Shifts disappear. If you're looking for software for your staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
