Charge Nomad is an EV charger map and road trip planner built for Australia and New Zealand.

FIND CHARGERS
See chargers near you or anywhere along your route. Filter by connector type, power output, network and availability. Community notes from other drivers tell you what a charger is actually like before you get there.

PLAN ROAD TRIPS
Tell Charge Nomad where you are going and what you drive. It works out where to stop, how long to charge, and how much battery you will have on arrival. Every planned stop comes with a backup charger nearby, because the one you wanted is not always free.

KNOW YOUR CAR
Over 300 EVs in the built-in database, or add your own. Range estimator, charging time calculator, trip cost calculator, off-peak savings and connector checker.

STRANDED MODE
Low battery and nowhere obvious to go. Stranded mode strips everything back and finds the closest charger you can actually reach.

BUILT FOR DRIVERS, NOT ADVERTISERS
No ads. No tracking. No selling your location data. Charger data comes from OpenChargeMap, government open data, and drivers like you.

The map now opens where you actually are, instead of jumping to Sydney.

Charger compatibility matches your exact car, including Leaf and imported EVs.

Pins are colour-coded by charging speed, with a key on the map.

New filters: networks to avoid, and bays at site.

Route Planner: set an arrival charge, use your own consumption figure, or drop a pin to start.
