The Community First mobile app allows you to quickly and conveniently view transactions, make payments, manage your cards and more:

Accounts and details
• View address and PayID details
• View accounts, transactions and interest
• Set up quick balance and Savings goal

Payments
• Transfer funds in Australia including fast payment via OSKO, bill payments via BPAY® and more…
• Confirmation of Payee for added security
• Manage PayID’s, payees and future payments
• Manage card controls to restrict access
• Change your PIN and lock your card

Loans
• View balances, transactions, interest and access redraw on eligible loans.

We collect anonymous information on how you utilise the application to perform statistical analysis of aggregate user behaviour. We do not collect personal information about you. By installing this app you are giving your consent.

Ratings and reviews

More time consuming to use, there's almost no colour anymore & other than the login & logout buttons, there's no explanation of how to get your account info up - I guess it's expected that the 3 horizontal lines sitting at top left are where you 'begin' to access your account info, you still have to click various links to finally get to what you want. Plus there's no account summary like their used to be. I'm sorry but I really don't like this version much at all.

EDIT APRIL 2026: This new update is terrible. When you customise the order of accounts, it doesn't save! Useless. I liked it before when you could log directly into the 'main account', now you have to log in and scroll down to find your main account. Fix this please!! STOP EDIT. I don't mind the new app but I liked how the old app used to bring up all of your account balances without logging on. Please bring that function back!

it's good and simple but the "communication error problem" is bad if it keeps going then I'm switching banks (please fix it shouldn't be an issue in the first place) it's still good and simple(with the ui) but the transfer system is wack and I'm concern that I'm getting scamed out of my money sometimes with how broken it is
