Totally inpressed with how quickly the DS tech team engages with customers. I reported a glitch in the app and they were quick to fix things and also check in with me to make sure it was sorted at my end. App works well!

Finally - an actual proper APP ... Rather than the "dog's breakfast" that you called an App before (but was more so a HTTP website link/shortcut). Only negative i can find with new APP so far, unable to pinch/zoom :( Esp on a mobile phone, makes it hard to read the graphs, without being able to zoom in.

Excellent crypto exchange compared to other offerings in Australia. Simple to navigate and use and very reasonable trading prices, which was a big factor for switching over. Seems to work with most banks, and it's straightforward to send and receive from all your wallets. Decent customer service, good trade history views for easy accounting. It was well worth the time it took to switch over.
