Effica - the shift companion for NDIS support workers.

Effica is built for disability support workers delivering NDIS services in Australia. It puts your roster, the people you support, and your shift paperwork in one calm, fast mobile app, so you can spend less time on admin and more time on care.

On every shift you can:
- See your upcoming shifts and shift details at a glance
- Clock in and out with location-verified attendance, only while you're on shift
- Work through the participant's care plan, tasks and goals
- Record medication administration, including PRN and refusals
- Log sleep patterns and welfare checks
- Write shift notes by typing, attaching a photo, or recording a quick voice note
- Report incidents and property damage with photos and structured detail
- Complete a finish-of-shift handover

Stay connected and on top of your work:

Privacy and safety first. Location is only ever shared while you're on an active shift and stops when you clock out. Your organisation controls what's enabled. Effica does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Effica requires an account provided by your employer, an NDIS provider using Effica. It is intended for support-worker use.

What’s new

Effica mobile now supports provider staff, participants, and parent/guardian access from the same app. This update adds participant and family portals for schedules, support details, feedback, concerns, access controls, profile, support, privacy, and account/data request paths, alongside the existing support-worker shift tools.
