Ratings and reviews

Samsung/Android Sound notifications don't work since latest patch. Please fix this as we can't hear ringtone, only vibration on alerts. Happening across multiple phones in our area, all software incl. OS is up to date, page "I'm not receiving notifications" on Bart knowledge base all steps were followed, notifications still work but no audio. Thank you.

stopped working on my s26 ultra no notificatios or alert for job. tried downloading again but nothing

This app has essentially stopped working properly via Android. I don't get notifications most of the time. If I do, I have to flick between quick view and live to access the turnout. The water maps are not anchored in the correct space - so if you need to know where the water point is properly, you will need to zoom in 100%. May seem like a small issue, but it's the difference between looking on the correct side of the road or not during a structure fire.
