Is it free?

The Android app is free to download. This allows you to save receipts, start a tax return and see your tax refund estimate. To lodge a tax return, which includes tax agent preparation of your return plus friendly support, involves a low, fair fee and a quality tax agent service. If you decide to lodge with Etax, the standard Fast Etax Return fee is just AU$82.49, including tax agent checking and support. Additional tax schedules for more complex returns or business returns involve additional fees, as does the fee from refund service.

Ratings and reviews

App used to be great, completely unable to use it this year. Notification tells me the 2023 tax form will be available in June, it's nearly August. Had to complete forms online, which was still easy to do. But defeats the purpose of having the app downloaded. You can take snapshots of documents throughout the year as reminders of your deductions but when completing the forms have to fill out the sections and re-upload images.

it's an ok app, you guys need to add the actual tax return in the app... because I'm sick of going to the website please add it in an update...

Staff makes mistakes themselves but blame me for putting the wrong stuff. Asking them to fix it, and they send back a message to pay extra to get it fix. Plus, they Get back to you really slow when you send them email. Highly not recommended this App. Google store should have had a Zero star rating too.
