For workers

Workers can:

Automatic timesheets

Employees check in when they arrive at an assigned job site and check out when their workday ends. The app uses a location check to confirm attendance and automatically builds a timesheet from the recorded hours.

Location is checked only during clock-in and clock-out. The app does not continuously track workers during the day.

Rosters and notifications

Administrators can organise weekly rosters across multiple workers and job sites. Employees receive their next site assignment directly on their phone, reducing the need to search through group messages or contact the office.

Compliance management

Store and review worker documents, including licences, White Cards, visas and insurance. The app helps administrators monitor document status and receive advance warnings before documents expire.

Job costing and profit tracking

Labour hours and project expenses are measured against the quoted project value. This gives administrators a clearer view of job performance and helps identify cost issues before a project is completed.

Quotes, invoices and variations

Create quotes, invoices and variation documents from one connected system. Generate professional PDFs, send documents to clients and keep project financial information organised.

Site diary

Privacy and security

Fateh Group uses role-based access so workers and administrators see only information relevant to their responsibilities.

The app does not continuously track employee locations and does not store bank details or Tax File Numbers. Location checks are used only for job-site attendance verification.
