For workers:
Create a profile, pick your skills and preferred roles.
As you move, nearby employers can discover you and reach out when there’s a match.
For employers:
Create an account, set a search radius, and list the roles you need filled.
Get notified when matching workers are nearby, view profiles, and call them directly.
Example Scenario
Imagine a farmer, motel owner, or event organiser who suddenly needs help.
They set their location and the roles they need.
When a matching worker drives through the area, the employer gets a heads-up and can call instantly.
