App Languages:

The Hamilton Island App is available in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. The app will automatically download in the phones default language. To download in a different language, you will need to change the default language on the phone.

Connectivity:

This App requires a connection to either a Wi-Fi or cellular data network in order access the most up-to-date information. Free Wi-Fi hotspots are located across the island for guests staying at any Hotel operated by HIE. There are generally good cellular phone signals accessible from Telstra, Optus and Vodafone networks across the island, although guests should note that there are some isolated locations on the island that may have weak, or no cellular signal.

Ratings and reviews

The team that ran the water sports down on catseye were amazing. They were very well knowledged. And incredibly helpful with lessons for all the Watercraft. I think they are definitely one of the highlights of a Hamilton Island experience

Never use this app to order food. It charges your card but then pops up a message telling you it has failed and you need to sort it out with the shop. Whom then tell you they have no access to payment details and therefore they can neither deliver the food or give you a refund!
