Outside of reading books and academic papers, It's been a few year since I've focused on my own self development. As we enter back into the workforce and in real life meetings become a thing again, I wanted to find a program that refreshed my human skills - my ability to communicate effectively with impact, leverage my strengths and supercharge my creativity. The Hodie gave me so much more than I expected. I am more self aware of my strengths and weaknesses than ever before. I loved the bite-sized modules that I could easily fit into my daily routine, alongside my mindfulness meditation. Highly recommended to anyone who lacks confidence and wants to become more self aware.

As a basis for learning about communication, self-awareness etc, Hodie functions well. However, the modules were too basic to teach me anything. The specific "mini quests" looked much more useful, but were stuck behind a paywall. This should be advertised for teens just learning such skills, instead of adults building employability.

It's an absolutely brilliant idea and we definitely all need to take accountability for our ability or black there of when it comes to human interaction. That being said, you lost me at "what was truly exceptional was that the Highly talented reading group improved by 828%. They went from 325 words/minute to 2900 words/minute." So you mean to tell me there are individuals out there who can read 50 words a second!? what hope do I have it I thought reading was a strength of mine at a measly 200?

Hi John, pretty crazy, right? - It's based on a study from the 1950's by Don Clifton (considered to be the father of strengths-based psychology) when he was at the University of Nebraska. There are plenty of references to the study online. Here's a pretty good example - https://isogostrong.com/strengthsfinder-speed-reading/
