Every time that I book an appointment, ticking the "existing patient" box, the advice is to arrive 15 minutes early as New Patients need to fill in forms. It's irritating, but also makes me feel less confident that the appointment booking really has been successful 😞

It's easy to use and make appointments. However, each time I select 'existing patient' and when I look at the confirmation email, it says,'Since this is your first visit at ....... please arrive early'. Please look at fixing this

Very good to book an appointment but it is not good to cancel an appointment as this option is not available and have to call the medical centre which is impossible.
