Very convenient and easy to use. Quicker than calling up on the phone and easy to access what appointments are available. Very good, yes. But I always tick the "existing patient " box and am told on the app later that seeing that your a "new patient" to arrive 15 minutes early. This happens every time even though I've been coming to this medical centre for years. It's very annoying! Something should be done about it, quickly!

Fix your app. I tried to make an appointment with my doctor but the doctor was not able to see me. It was not his fault. The app did not recognise that the doctor was not available and yet it still let me make a booking and when I get there I get turned back. I receive no notification from the app or the clinics system at all. This has happened twice in a row now

Easy to use and a big step in the right direction, far better than the old system. I would like to see the Skin Clinic also take bookings, why is this excluded ? Two issues yet to be addressed by the WM&D Clinic: Appointment times allow only 10 minutes ea so this still causes a logjam & a wait time often more than an hour later than the appointed time so I still cannot estimate how long it will take me to see my GP. I have waited up to 90 mins later than appointed. Suggest HALO GP blow out the appointment times to a more practical time frame of 15 to 20 minutes each, cos that is what happens in reality on average. Also, we should be able to see all available doctors in the clinic as suggested by another review, not just on a one-by-one case so if our fave Dr is not available we can easily select another.
