Invoice Vault is a local-first invoicing app built for solo tradies and small service businesses plumbers, electricians, cleaners, consultants, anyone who bills clients for their work.

Everything runs on your own device. No account to create, no sign-in, no internet connection required — not even for your free trial. Your invoices, customers, and business records stay yours, stored locally, readable any time.

STAND OUT WITH PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS
• Three invoice styles — Classic, Modern (color header band), and Bold — built around your own logo and accent color
• Line items carry quantity, rate, tax, and their own percentage discount
• Attach a photo to any line item — it prints as a thumbnail on the PDF
• Capture an "Accepted by" signature drawn right on the screen
• Void an issued invoice, or raise a credit note with its own numbering that nets out of every report
• Made a mistake on an unpaid invoice? Correct it and resend under the same number instead of voiding a real invoice number

QUOTES AND RECURRING WORK
• Quotes run on their own numbering and convert to an invoice in one tap, re-priced at today's tax rate
• Set up a recurring invoice once for a regular client — it generates itself on schedule
• Log hours against a customer, then pull unbilled time straight onto an invoice as ready-made lines

GET PAID FASTER
• Take a deposit up front and record part payments — the invoice carries its own balance due
• Overdue reminders fire as local notifications on a schedule you choose (1, 3, 7, or 14 days) — tap one and it opens straight into that invoice
• Chase a customer by email (sent directly once you connect your own account), SMS, WhatsApp, or clipboard
• Guided setup for a Stripe, PayPal Business, or Square payment link — printed as a scannable QR code and a "Review and pay" button, so card details go to them, never through us

BOOKKEEPING BUILT IN
• Income and expenses with receipt photos — read the amount straight off the photo
• A real running register, not just a flat list, with categories and sub-categories
• Tag anything to a job or project and filter your register down to just that job's income, expenses, and net
• A full customer and product catalog with custom fields, importable from your phone's contacts or a CSV from another app
