About this app
kepd Field is the mobile application for technicians on a Kepd Trade account. It presents assigned work, supports on-site assessment and documentation, and records time against each job.
TODAY'S WORK
Jobs and assessments are listed in scheduled order, with the next appointment highlighted. Open a job to review instructions, access notes, site contacts and photographs before you arrive. Navigation to the property address is available from the job or the map.
ON-SITE ASSESSMENT
Requests for assessment open as structured jobs. Record findings, photographs and recommended works at the property. Information submitted from the site is available to the office immediately, for quoting from the same record.
NOTES AND DICTATION
Notes may be typed or dictated. Speech recognition is processed on the phone wherever it can be, including locations with no signal. Notes can still be edited after dictation.
ASK KEPD
Questions about the current job are answered from the notes, parts, priority and other details already on that job.
TIME
A job timer and a shift clock record time on site. That time is available to the office for payroll.
kepd Field requires a Kepd Trade technician account. Accounts are issued by the office. This application does not offer in-app account creation.
