Ratings and reviews

Just a warning to anyone who wishes to use, the app will send random text messages dispite replying "STOP" (as per instructions) and I had issues being viewed as a sitter dispute following all instructions. Overall very annoying but I'm keeping my account just in case someone eventually finds my profile

cannot update my profile (my address location or anything) - cannot change from pet sitter to needing a pet minder. "profile" page is having technical issues.

Mad Paws is a very effective way to earn a little extra cash. However, there are a few small things I'd like to see updated in app. Advertised price is higher then my rate, which I assumed was MadPaws adding their 20%, but they don't charge the advertised amount, and instead take from your earnings. They try to get more money out of clients by charging for extra pets, even if it's under my limit of 3. This can be changed if you approve the booking then edit it. Make the calendar easier to use!
