Like everyone else I have only ever had a negative experience using the app with constant issues with all of my search criteria being lost every time I complete a request or navigate away from a sitters profile. It makes an otherwise nice app incredibly frustrating to use!

I'm a pet sitter through Mad Paws and have had a lot of success using the app, so instead of giving it a 5/5, I've given a 3/5 due to 2 major bugs that've been there for months. 1. Every time I try to upload some photos, it never works and 2. Whenever I swipe to archive a conversation, it never actually archives. Please fix these for better user experience.

The Messages tab in the Android phone app doesn't allow me to click to the profile of any sitter I message. Neither phone not website search accommodates filtering sitters by price or by availability by time of day.
