Ratings and reviews

Mad Paws is a very effective way to earn a little extra cash. However, there are a few small things I'd like to see updated in app. Advertised price is higher then my rate, which I assumed was MadPaws adding their 20%, but they don't charge the advertised amount, and instead take from your earnings. They try to get more money out of clients by charging for extra pets, even if it's under my limit of 3. This can be changed if you approve the booking then edit it. Make the calendar easier to use!

This app could be made better by making it easy to delete/archive messages instead of having them all in one place. It would be also good if you could see the price of a booking before you made an enquiry. Also, the app notifies you through constant text messages and emails when it would be better to have a push notification via the app. It would also be nice if sitters only had 24 hours to respond to an enquiry. And lastly, the puppy surcharges can make the apps services unappealing. Sometimes the puppy surcharge was more than my pet hosting charge!

Impossible to add a pet. Won't let you upload photos, forces you to scroll through a thousand breeds instead of letting you type one in. Utterly impossible to use. Most frustrating, non-user friendly app I've had the misfortune to use. Update: now you can't scroll though pet sitter profiles, just keeps returning you to the top of the page. Honestly, I give up.
